This CARRIAGE,SHEAVE ASSEMBLY  is specially designed for mining drills and rock drilling equipment. The main frame is made of Q355B carbon steel through forging, stamping and welding processes, with a black anti-corrosion paint layer on the surface. The sheave is forged from alloy steel and strengthened by heat treatment. Equipped with copper alloy bushings and rubber seals, the product has low rotational resistance and high wear resistance, and can operate stably under high-load and dusty harsh mining conditions with a load capacity of up to 50T. It is suitable for lifting and traction systems of various mining excavation equipment and supports customization of different sheave diameters and frame sizes.
