Designed specifically for mining drill rigs and heavy construction machinery, this product is manufactured from high-grade Aluminum Alloy or high-strength Cast Steel using precision casting and CNC machining processes. It features excellent hydrodynamic performance, structural strength, and wear resistance. High-Grade Aluminum Alloy: For high-speed, light-load, or cooling system applications, A356 or ZL104 aerospace-grade aluminum alloys are selected. Through T6 heat treatment, they achieve high tensile strength while reducing weight and offering superior thermal conductivity to help dissipate fluid heat.
High-Strength Cast Steel: For high-pressure, high-wear applications in hydraulic pumps or slurry pumps, ZG270-500 or ZG35CrMo is utilized. Cast steel offers exceptional toughness and impact resistance, withstanding high-pressure pulsations within the pump casing to prevent blade fracture or casing rupture.
Precision Casting: Utilizing resin sand casting or low-pressure casting processes, we ensure the impeller's internal structure is dense, free from porosity, shrinkage, or other defects. An optimized casting process guarantees smooth transitions at the blade roots, eliminating stress concentration points and significantly enhancing fatigue life.
Excellent Hydrodynamic Performance: Blade profiles are optimized through Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation. Whether designed as backward-curved, radial, or mixed-flow, the goal is efficient energy conversion. It effectively reduces vortex and turbulence losses, maintaining required system pressure while ensuring high flow rates.
Smooth Flow Channels: Although described as having a "Without Processing" surface, the flow channels undergo sandblasting or polishing post-casting. Smooth interior walls reduce fluid friction and head loss, thereby improving overall system energy efficiency.
Precise Installation Dimensions: The hub bore, keyway, and locating datum are CNC precision machined. Strict geometric tolerances ensure a perfect fit with the shaft, preventing radial runout during operation and protecting the pump shaft and bearings from additional loads.
Efficient Fluid Circulation: In hydraulic cooling systems or slurry circulation systems of mining drill rigs, this impeller continuously and stably drives fluid flow, preventing equipment shutdowns caused by overheating or insufficient lubrication.
Wear & Corrosion Resistance: For mining water with high sand content or corrosive hydraulic oil, the cast steel material and optional surface coatings effectively resist erosive wear and chemical corrosion, extending service life.
Operational Stability: Precision balancing ensures minimal vibration during high-speed rotation. This not only reduces noise but also significantly extends the service life of the entire pump or fan unit.
