The outer ring is integrated with high-precision involute external teeth. The module and tooth profile are customized according to customer working conditions. After multiple precision machining processes including gear hobbing, quenching, and gear grinding, the tooth surface hardness reaches 55-62 HRC, combining high wear resistance and transmission accuracy. It can directly mesh with the drive gear to achieve smooth and efficient slewing drive.High-precision mounting holes are evenly distributed on both inner and outer rings, enabling direct connection to the equipment main body with high-strength bolts for convenient installation and high positioning accuracy. At the same time, it is equipped with double-lip or multi-lip sealing structures, which can effectively block the intrusion of pollutants such as dust, rainwater, and sediment, and prevent grease leakage. It adapts to harsh outdoor and port working environments, extending the bearing service life.The bearing rings are made of high-quality alloy structural steel (such as 42CrMo, 50Mn).
