Premium Copper Material & High Conductivity:
The core winding utilizes high-quality, high-purity copper (such as oxygen-free copper rods or Class F/H magnet wire). The copper features high purity and minimal impurities, resulting in excellent electrical conductivity and low resistivity. This not only reduces Joule heating losses (I2RLoss) during current flow, improving energy efficiency, but also prevents insulation aging caused by localized overheating, ensuring minimal temperature rise during long-term operation at rated current.
Precision CNC Winding Process:
Production employs precision CNC winding machines for automated wire arrangement. The wires are arranged neatly and tightly, with uniform turn distribution and no overlapping or tangled wires. Accurate turn counts and uniform winding tension ensure high consistency in inductance and resistance values, guaranteeing unified equipment performance and synchronous operation during batch use.
Polished Surface & Insulation Reinforcement:
The coil surface undergoes polishing or a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process. This not only removes surface burrs and sharp edges to prevent corona discharge but also completely fills internal voids with insulating varnish, forming a solid monolithic structure. This significantly enhances the coil's resistance to moisture, dust, mold, and dielectric breakdown.
Stable Structure & High-Temperature Resistance:
The bobbin is made of high-temperature engineering plastics or phenolic resin, with lead-out terminals reinforced and encapsulated. The insulation material rating reaches Class F (155°C) or Class H (180°C). Even in hot summer workshops or poorly ventilated electrical cabinets, the coil can withstand high temperatures without burning out, effectively resisting thermal shocks from frequent starting currents.
Long Service Life & High Reliability:
The design fully accounts for mechanical vibration and electromagnetic forces. The coil maintains balanced weight distribution and secure binding, preventing displacement or loosening under long-term equipment vibration. Lead wires utilize silicone or high-temperature leads, offering excellent flex resistance and reliable connections, eliminating virtual connections and arcing.

Installation & Maintenance Recommendation:
Ensure coil mounting holes align correctly during installation; apply moderate tightening force to screws to avoid crushing the coil housing. Verify that the supply voltage matches the coil's rated voltage during wiring; over-voltage use is strictly prohibited. Regularly inspect the coil temperature rise and lead wire aging; if severe discoloration or cracking of the insulating varnish is observed, stop the machine immediately for replacement.
