Designed specifically for mining drill rigs and heavy construction machinery, this product is manufactured from specialty high-performance elastomers, offering excellent chemical stability, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance. As an essential spare part, it utilizes a precision molded original finish surface and ultra-precise dimensional tolerance to ensure a tight "dead seal" with mating parts, safeguarding the security and efficiency of mining machinery hydraulic systems.
Specialty High-Performance Elastomers:
Fluoroelastomer (FKM/Viton): For hydraulic oils (e.g., anti-wear hydraulic oil, fire-resistant fluids) and high-temperature environments, FKM is the premier choice. It maintains excellent elasticity across a wide temperature range (-20℃ to +200℃) and exhibits strong resistance to aging, ozone, and chemical corrosion, preventing the ring from hardening or cracking under high pressure and heat.
Nitrile Rubber (NBR): For conventional mineral oils and low-speed, heavy-load conditions, high-acrylonitrile NBR is selected. It offers superior oil resistance and abrasion resistance, making it the most cost-effective general-purpose sealing solution.
Polyurethane (PU): For highly abrasive, unlubricated harsh environments (e.g., breaker piston seals), PU provides mechanical strength and tear resistance several times greater than rubber, ensuring a much longer wear life.
Compound Modification Technology: Our formulations include special hydrolysis stabilizers, UV absorbers, and antioxidants. This ensures the sealing ring maintains molecular chain stability when in long-term contact with water-containing hydraulic fluids (like emulsions) or exposed to intense UV radiation in mines, preventing swelling or cracking.
Molded Original Finish: Manufactured via high-precision compression molding. Unlike cut or glued seals, molded products have smooth, dense, seamless surfaces. This "original finish" not only looks perfect but, more importantly, eliminates microscopic leakage paths, ensuring zero leakage under high pressure.
Ultra-Precise Dimensional Tolerance: Strict control over Inner Diameter (ID), Outer Diameter (OD), and Cross-Section (CS) tolerances. We adhere to ISO 3601 or AS568 standards and can provide higher precision customization upon request. Precise tolerances ensure the ring is neither too tight (causing extrusion) nor too loose (causing spiral failure) within the gland.
High-Pressure Leak Prevention: In hydraulic rock drilling systems or breakers, system pressure often reaches 35-40 MPa. Through optimized cross-sectional designs (Rectangular, X-ring, or Star-ring), this ring effectively resists the "extrusion effect" under high pressure, preventing the seal from being sheared into fragments.
Stability Under Strong Vibration: Severe vibrations during mining operations can easily loosen seals. The excellent elastic memory of this product keeps it tightly pressed against the sealing surface, maintaining a tight fit even during violent equipment jolts, preventing micro-leakage.
