This Non-Asbestos/Rubber Gasket is designed exclusively for excavators, loaders, and various heavy construction machinery, applied in critical connection points such as hydraulic pumps, engines, and pipeline joints. It is more than just a filler; it is the core barrier ensuring sealing, leak prevention, shock absorption, and noise reduction.
Manufactured from high-quality Nitrile Rubber (NBR) or composite fiber materials, it features excellent elasticity, oil resistance, and temperature resistance. As a direct replacement for OEM parts, it is the ideal choice for your equipment maintenance and repair needs.
High-Quality Nitrile Rubber (NBR): For hydraulic and fuel systems, we select NBR with medium-to-high acrylonitrile content. This material exhibits excellent anti-swelling properties against mineral oil, hydraulic oil (HL, HM, HV series), and fuel oil. Even after long-term immersion, it will not soften, deform, or dissolve like ordinary rubber, maintaining a tight sealing resilience.
Composite Fiber Materials: For high-temperature, high-pressure, and water/oil mixed interfaces (e.g., engine head gaskets, exhaust gaskets), we use a composite structure of Aramid Fiber or cellulose fiber with NBR. This material combines the compressive strength of fibers with the sealing elasticity of rubber, withstanding continuous temperatures up to 150°C - 200°C without sticking to metal surfaces, facilitating future disassembly.

Precision Stamping: Manufactured using high-precision dies and high-tonnage punch presses. This ensures micron-level accuracy for inner/outer diameters, bolt hole positions, and oil passage openings.
Excellent Flatness & Conformability: The gasket surface is specially treated to have appropriate roughness. This not only fills the microscopic irregularities (micro-gaps) of metal flange surfaces but also produces controlled creep under bolt preload, forming a perfect "metal-gasket-metal" integrated sealing surface.
Anti-Misalignment Design: For specific models, we retain locating dowel holes or shaped locating edges during stamping, ensuring the gasket does not shift or block oil passages during installation, eliminating rework caused by installation errors.
High-Pressure Leak Prevention: In construction machinery hydraulic systems, pressure often exceeds 30 MPa. This gasket resists extrusion (cut-through resistance), preventing it from being forced into flange gaps and sheared by high pressure.

Clean Mating Surfaces: Thoroughly remove old gasket residue and oil before installation to ensure metal surfaces are clean and flat. Minor scratches should be repaired with lapping compound.
Bolt Tightening Sequence: Strictly follow the principle of diagonal crossing and staged tightening. Tightening all bolts at once causes uneven stress distribution, leading to localized leakage.
Do Not Reuse: Gaskets are disposable seals. Once disassembled, their elastic memory is lost, and reusing them almost certainly results in oil leakage. Always replace with a new gasket during every service.
