The Heavy-Duty Annular Ring is the critical component designed for this purpose. It serves not only as a "shield" preventing high-pressure fluid leakage but also as a "ruler" ensuring precise alignment between massive components.
Designed specifically for mining drill rigs and large-scale construction machinery, this product is manufactured from high-strength alloy steel using precision stamping, CNC machining, and oxidation treatment. High-Strength Alloy Steel: Unlike ordinary carbon steel or stainless steel, this product utilizes 65Mn spring steel or 40Cr alloy structural steel. These materials offer extremely high yield strength and fatigue resistance, enabling them to withstand hydraulic system pulse pressures up to 35-50 MPa and the severe mechanical vibrations generated during hard rock breaking, preventing plastic deformation (collapse) or fracture.
Stamping & Precision Machining: Formed via high-tonnage precision stamping to ensure continuity of material fiber flow. Subsequently, the inner diameter, outer diameter, and mating surfaces undergo CNC precision turning and grinding. We strictly control flatness, parallelism, and dimensional tolerances (up to IT6 grade) to ensure the annular ring fits perfectly with sealing elements (e.g., O-rings, Glyd rings) to form a zero-leakage sealing band, while providing a datum for accurate positioning.
Oxidation Surface Treatment: The surface undergoes black oxide or phosphating treatment.
